Leave Liability Deadlines
- July 4, 5:00 p.m.– SPA employees’ hours worked and leave taken during Biweekly 01 should be captured or entered in their timecards
- July 7, 10:00 a.m.– SPA Sign Off Deadline (Sign off removal requests must be received by 9:00 a.m. on July 7, 2010.)
- July 8, 5:00 p.m.– EPA Employees’ leave taken entries and adjustments should be entered in TIM
- July 9, 5:00 p.m.– EPA Sign Off Deadline

New TIM Thinstall
On Sunday, July 11, 2010, the previous version of TIM Thinstall, UNCTIM4.1, will be deactivated. At that time, employees will berequired to use a new version of TIM Thinstall.
NOTE– An email will be sent to the campus-wide Informational listserve on Thursday, July 1, 2010. Not all employees receive those emails, so we will also send it to the TIM Administrator listserve on that date, so you can forward it to the employees in your department(s).
Two versions of the new TIM Thinstall application are currently available for download athttps://shareware.unc.edu/software.html#t The version you should select from the ‘Select OS’ drop down menu will depend on the operating system of the computer. Users of Windows XP and Vista should select UNCTIM 5.1 and Windows 7 users should select UNCTIMWin7. If you need assistance with installing the new TIM Thinstall, please contact your Technical Support Group or 919-962-HELP (4357).
