When you refer employees to the direct deposit authorizations, please make certain that they complete the “new” PR-8A and PR-8B which have been available since January 1, 2008.
PR-8A is for Faculty, Post Docs, and EPA Students
PR-8B is for SPA Employees and EPA Non Faculty
