Join Purchasing Services next Thursday, September 11 from 9-11a.m. in the Great Hall of the Frank Porter Graham Student Union for an informational expo featuring a dazzling array of product displays and demonstrations to help faculty and staff choose the finest products for the new academic year.

Enjoy games and activities, door prizes and refreshments while exploring the latest in lab equipment, office furniture, and IT products. Learn the specifics of the purchasing acquisition process from the purchasing agents including: requisition completion, contracts, pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms and more.

Vendor representation will include Apple, Bank of America, CDWG, Fisher Scientific, HP, Interior Systems, Lenovo, Triangle Office Equipment, Wesco Distribution, and The Whitlock Group. A printable PDF about the event is available for posting.
