The Interdepartmental Fees and Charges (IF&C) Committee that reviews fees that campus departments charge each other is undertaking a review of campus space rentals. To assist with this review, the IF&C Committee asks that you complete the Space Rental Survey Instrument.
This survey applies only to campus space you control and rent to other campus departments or individuals/organizations outside the University. It does not apply to space that your unit leases off campus. You only need to complete and return the survey instrument if the following applies:
(1) You allow individuals or groups outside your school or vice chancellor area to use your campus space
(2) You charge the user for that use
If the answer to both of these is “yes,” plese complete the survey instrument and return to Laurie Burroughs at email@example.com by March 15, 2008. The survey instrument has been prepared in a Word template form to ease your response. Simply click on the highlighted box to insert your response to a given survey question.
