Treasury Services
This department reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance and Budget.
Treasury Services is a vital part of the University’s capital planning, budgeting, and tax compliance processes, and provides investment strategy and financial modeling at the institutional level.
Treasury Services manages the University’s debt portfolio and oversees the investment of the University’s operating funds by providing investment strategy and financial modeling at the institutional level. This includes, among other things, planning and execution of financing transactions, capital funding, management of the external credit rating of the institution, management of liquidity needs, meeting compliance and regulatory demands and servicing external financial debt payments and related obligations.
