About Student Account Services Our office bills several weeks in advance of each academic term, based on the student’s registration as of the billing date. Bills are due shortly before each term. Current charges may be eligible for deferment, pending financial aid or for tax reasons. Follow up bills are sent periodically based on the academic calendar. Our system automatically places holds on past due accounts preventing registration and transcript/diploma release.
