The Office of Treasury Services is an administrative office that reports directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance. The Office evaluates and implements best practices in cash, debt, and treasury management; plans and executes external financings to meet the University's (or Foundation's) funding needs; manages and coordinates the University's banking relationships; leads and assists in the evaluation of banking services; provides financial analysis and modeling on special projects assigned by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Finance; and partners with UNC Management Company on special projects related to the management of a portion of the University's operating cash and related short-term investment considerations.
