Our Mission
Surplus Property offers surplus University property received from across the campus to other campus departments, state agencies in need, or sells to qualifying non-profit organizations and the general public. It is Surplus Property’s mission to serve as a medium through which the University has multiple disposition resources available to them. A key component to Surplus Property’s successful operation is customer satisfaction from campus departments as well as the general public.

- Continuously improve service processes to make them more efficient, effective, and user friendly.
- Protect and creatively enhance the University’s assets.
- Acquire a Surplus Property system that provides the ability to electronically track equipment and materials transitioning through Surplus Property.
- Provide leadership to develop and support University planning.
