The pay schedules for 2010 for the Monthly and Biweekly payrolls are now available under quick links on the Payroll Services web site. Based on the holiday schedule, please note the following dates for Biweekly Payroll #13 for the pay period ending Sunday, December 20, 2009.

 Pay Period Number: 13

 Pay Period Ending: 12/20/09

 TIM Closeout: 12/21/09, 5:00 PM

 Payroll Run Date: 12/28/09, Noon
 
 Payday: 12/31/09

Since Friday, January 1, 2010 is a University Holiday and banks will be closed, the payday for Biweekly #13 will be on the last non-holiday of the week which is Thursday, December 31, 2009.  Although December 31, 2009 is a University Closed Day, banks will be open and each employee’s direct deposit will be in his/her bank account.  The December 31 payday will be the last biweekly payday for calendar year 2009.  The first biweekly payday for calendar year 2010 will be January 15, 2010.
