Please note the following for GradStar year-end processing:
- In order for 2015-16 awards to be posted in the Finance system for fiscal year 2016, the awards must be entered by 2:00 p.m. on JUNE 16. This deadline only affects those who are concerned about posting charges on this fiscal year.
- As part of the fiscal year-end reconciliation process, GradStar will close after the last journal for FY16 is posted, and will reopen around the 2nd week of July. A notice will be sent to the list serve when the system is closed and re-opened.
