Effective immediately, department users may now update GSHIP chartfields before journals are created for the month. This will ultimately reduce the amount of correcting that journal entries may need after the GSHIP journal file has been created, which typically takes place around the 25th of each month. A detailed user guide is attached for assistance as well.
For any technical inquiries, please continue to raise remedy tickets to the IT department.
