- Communicate actively with customers to create responsive and responsible partnerships that exceed their expectations.
- Develop a training package for campus customers explaining the bid process and the different options available.
- Continuously improve service processes to make them more efficient, effective, and user friendly.
- Complete the transition from a University operated Scientific Storeroom to a Vendor managed storeroom, establishing efficient delivery procedures for materials to campus.
- Complete implementation of the new cylinder tank program allowing campus customers more flexibility in the ordering and pick-up of cylinders.
- Protect and creatively enhance the University’s assets.
- Provide leadership to develop and support University planning.
