Goals
- To provide leadership and oversight in implementing a suite of financial applications that meet the financial processing and reporting requirements for campus administrative units.
- To create a work environment that encourages and rewards innovation, risk taking, communication, and teamwork during this time of major change.
- To partner with ITS to provide a strong internal controls environment around centrally supported financial systems to tightly secure the assets and information in our trust.
- To actively solicit and search out comments and suggestions from campus administrative units for improvements to financial services and systems delivered.
- To provide an efficient process for establishing security access to centrally supported financial application.
