Responsibilities: |
Responsible for reconciliation of University’s primary bank account -endowment, trust, and special fund account. Records deposits received from a variety of sources including brokerage, University athletics business office, ticket office, Finley golf course, facilities EFTs, interest on investments, and student aid deposits. Duties also include reconciliation of UNC Physicians & Associates bank account and its daily download, health care funds account, preparing various sales and use tax reports, and escheat of outstanding bank (01) checks to State Treasurer. |
