Finance Division

The Office of Student Accounts and University Receivables serves three primary customer groups: students and their parents, campus-based loan borrowers and University departments. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to each of our customer groups and fulfill our fiduciary responsibility to the University, within our budget.

Our office is located in the Student & Academic Services Building (SASB) North on the corner of Manning Drive and Ridge Road. Our regular business hours are posted on this site. Occasional disruptions in service speed arise during periods of high volume which tend to occur around due dates and the beginning of each term. In addition, because we place a high value on training to improve the overall quality of service, during low volume periods, we may be closed briefly.
